Fun in the Sun Introductory Service Special

$149

Mobile service call + first 30 minutes of professional diagnostic time

A straightforward way to get professional help at your RV. If additional diagnostic or repair time is needed, we explain our findings and get your approval before continuing.

Introductory offer applies within our standard local service areas. Extended travel may require an additional charge. Parts, materials and additional labor are not included. Applicable travel charges are confirmed before your appointment.

Standard Rates

Professional RV Service & Diagnostics

$150/hour

One-hour minimum for standard service outside the introductory offer. Additional labor is billed in 30-minute increments at $75.

Extended Service Areas Travel

$2.00/mile

Calculated one way using road mileage beyond the boundary of our mapped standard service areas. Return mileage is not charged. The total travel charge is confirmed before your appointment.

Annual maintenance packages include one mobile service call within our standard local service areas. For individual services, your quote will state whether a separate service-call charge applies and its amount before scheduling; no more than one service-call charge applies per scheduled visit. Parts, materials, filters, fluids and applicable shop supplies are additional unless specifically included in a quoted service package.

Priority & After-Hours RV Service

Subject to technician availability. For urgent service, call (928) 495-5070 and tell us your location and what is happening. We confirm availability, an estimated arrival time and charges before dispatch.

  • Urgent service during business hours: Regular $150/hour labor when the visit fits our schedule.
  • Priority dispatch during business hours: $75 priority dispatch fee + $150/hour when we rearrange our schedule to respond.
  • Emergency dispatch outside business hours or on holidays: $125 emergency dispatch fee + $225/hour.
  • Previously scheduled Sunday appointments: Regular pricing agreed when booked.

One-hour labor minimum, then half-hour increments: $75 during business hours or $112.50 after hours. A one-hour priority visit is $225; a one-hour after-hours emergency visit is $350, before parts and applicable travel charges.

The introductory $149 service special does not apply to priority or after-hours emergency dispatch. The priority or emergency dispatch fee replaces any regular service-call fee for that visit; the two dispatch fees are not combined. Parts and applicable travel charges are additional and disclosed before dispatch. All repair work requires your approval.

Urgent issues may include active water leaks, loss of essential power, heating or cooling failures, or slide-out and leveling problems preventing departure. Response and repairs depend on technician availability, safe access and parts availability.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–4 PM. Sunday by appointment only. All times are Arizona time. For fire, suspected propane leaks or immediate danger, move to safety and call 911 first.
